Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Court Vision website and to any meeting you book or message you send through it. Court Vision ("Court Vision", "we", "us" or "our") is a Lebanese company that makes an AI line-calling and camera system for padel courts.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of a club, company or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

The website gives general information about Court Vision and our products. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.

Any purchase, installation, subscription, service level agreement (SLA) or partnership is governed by a separate written quote, order or contract signed or confirmed by Court Vision, together with our Warranty and Protection Plans. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents apply.

• Prices, estimates, specifications, availability and delivery or installation times shown on the website or given in conversation are for information only. They are not binding until we confirm them in a written quote or contract.
• Written quotes are valid for the period stated in them and may depend on a site survey, your court setup and local conditions.
• Our product is still being developed and improved, so features, images and specifications may change without notice.
• Performance figures (for example accuracy) describe results under typical conditions and are not a guarantee unless included in a signed contract.

You can request an online meeting through the website. Times are shown in Beirut time and in your local time for convenience. A booking is a request until we confirm it by email or message, and we may need to reschedule or decline a booking. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or change your meeting.

Meetings are for information and discussion only. Nothing said in a meeting creates a binding commitment unless it is confirmed in writing as described above.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• break any law or use the website for fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• submit false information, impersonate someone else, or send spam or automated submissions;
• try to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload or test the security of the website or our systems;
• scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
• upload or send viruses or other harmful code;
• reverse engineer, or try to copy, our technology, designs or software, including from images, videos or documents on the website.

We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.

Court Vision and its underlying technology, software, algorithms, branding, and all associated intellectual property are protected by international patent law and copyright registrations. All rights are reserved worldwide. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any part of the Court Vision system, platform, or brand is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

All content on the website, including text, images, videos, logos, product designs and documents such as our catalog, belongs to Court Vision or its licensors. You may view and download it for your own evaluation of our products and share links to it. You may not otherwise copy, modify, publish or use it commercially without our written permission. Using the website does not give you any licence to our patents, trademarks or other rights. See also the notice in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

The website may link to other websites or services, such as social media pages and messaging apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that all information on it is complete or up to date. Information on the website is general and is not professional advice for your specific project.

The warranties that apply to Court Vision products are set out only in your contract and our warranty terms.

To the extent permitted by Lebanese law and any other law that applies:

• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website;
• we are not liable for decisions you make based only on general information on the website without a written quote or contract from us.

Liability connected with a purchase is governed by your quote or contract. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer where consumer protection law applies.

If you break these Terms or the law when using the website, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and claims that Court Vision suffers as a result, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies from then on. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
